Sales Operations Manager - Commercial Strategy

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our global sales operations team at Expedia Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the effectiveness and efficiency of our sales teams through close collaboration with various functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and improve the sales process to ensure it reflects the needs of the organization and puts our partners at the center of our decision-making.
  • Streamline the sales process by proposing new processes, prioritizing automation, and sharing best practices.
  • Flag problem areas and recommend next steps to improve sales team efficiency.
  • Analyze data and use key metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive adoption and compliance of sales process concepts.
  • Implement a regular cycle of updating the sales process based on business changes, insights, and feedback.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in sales operations and process improvement in a B2B organization and/or travel industry.
  • Ability to think like a salesperson and understand the B2B sales process.
  • Strong ability to simplify complex operations and data.
  • Knowledge of project planning, timeframe definition, and task prioritization.
  • Drive to monitor progress and meet project milestones.
