About the Role
We are seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Barcelona. This role involves providing frontline service to customers, routing their calls to the appropriate department, and ensuring agreed KPIs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and efficient service in answering customer queries
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of our products
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A native level of French
- Excellent customer focus and ability to work under pressure
- Good communication skills and IT literacy
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry
What We Offer
In return for your hard work, we offer a competitive benefits package, including a permanent contract, international business casual environment, and opportunities for personal and professional development. You will also receive a part-time salary of approximately €10650.97 per year, working 22.5 hours per week (13:30-18:00) from Monday to Friday.
