Business Development Specialist for Digital Markets

Teleperformance Spain is a global leader in customer experience management and contact centre business process outsourcing.

We are looking for a talented Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team in Barcelona. As a key member of our Acquisition Marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality leads to our New Business Sales partners across European markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect high-quality, policy-compliant leads for our internal New Business Sales teams
  • Evaluate company potential using provided guidelines and online tools
  • Qualify companies for acquisition using internal tools to ensure prospects are eligible
  • Stay up-to-date with industry news and trends to ensure timely prospecting
  • Understand market seasonality and collaborate with sales programs to plan ahead on lead sourcing areas according to sales team's needs
  • Deliver a set of leads based on agreed quarterly targets
  • Provide weekly reporting/analysis of work in a presentable format

Requirements:

  • 1 year experience in digital advertising or market research
  • Minimum education level of 2nd year college or higher education
  • B2 level or higher of the market being supported
  • C2 level of the Russian language
  • Advanced level of English
  • Intermediate spreadsheet skills (ability to work with pivot tables, vlookups, etc)
