Languages Matters is a leading agency specialising in the automobile travel industry, seeking an experienced Multilingual Sales Professional to join their London-based team. This permanent position offers a great opportunity to develop and gain experience in a dynamic sector with a hybrid scheme of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Job Overview
This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, selling travel packages, and upselling across the French market. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and chat, maintaining client satisfaction, and working closely with other departments. Hitting targets and meeting KPIs are also essential aspects of this role.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering top-notch customer service and selling travel packages as well as upselling across the French market.
  • Ensuring that all enquiries via telephone, email, and chat are being responded to in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining client/customer satisfaction.
  • Working closely and cooperatively with other departments of the company and attending events abroad.
  • Hitting your targets and keeping up with the KPIs.

About You
The ideal candidate will be a customer-focused individual, confident and well-spoken in French, as they will be dealing with a variety of customers on a daily basis. As a Multilingual Sales Professional, you will become part of a diverse, friendly, and motivated team within a fast-growing multinational organisation.

Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English to a native level, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience as a Sales Executive, Client Service Support, Sales Representative, or Customer Service.
  • A great eye for detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Great organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Be detail-oriented, analytical, driven, and motivated.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role also offers opportunities for career growth and professional development within a dynamic and supportive team.
