Job Summary

We're seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support our Iberia region. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for leading our HR mission: We want our passionate and uplifting community of Forkies to thrive in their careers and lives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. HRBP Activities: Oversee all HRBP activities for Iberia (Lisbon, Madrid, and Barcelona offices) with a special focus on the Global Operations area.
  2. Main Stakeholders: Nurture robust partnerships with internal customers, understanding their needs and challenges, and collaborating with the COO and her direct reports at Director level, as well as Area Managers in the Customer Care hub.
  3. Talent Acquisition and Development: Set the Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Engagement, and EDI strategy in motion through strong collaboration within the HR community.
  4. Process Optimization: Proactively contribute and drive optimization of HR processes, policies, and initiatives.
  5. Culture Ambassador: Be the ambassador for Thefork's organizational culture by partnering with business units to drive engagement focus.
  6. EDI Support: Support leaders and their teams in fostering EDI at Thefork.
  7. Operational Support: Collaborate with the HR Service Delivery team to manage operational employee issues.
  8. Annual People Calendar: Be accountable for delivering the annual people calendar activities for Iberia.
  9. HR Data Analysis: Use HR data to identify trends and insights and make informed recommendations.
  10. Project Leadership: Lead specific projects for Iberia, such as the Equality Plan and Flexible Working policy.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience partnering with leaders and their teams in an agile and fast-paced environment for more than 7 years. Key qualifications include:

  1. Fast Learner: Fast learner, growth mindset, and proactive approach.
  2. Complex Situation Management: Skilled in managing complex situations and providing HR guidance to diverse stakeholders.
  3. Facilitative Approach: Facilitative approach that allows you to serve effectively as an HR role model.
  4. Metrics-Oriented: Metrics-oriented with good analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  5. Industry Experience: Experience in startups, retail, or hospitality environments is valued.
  6. Language Skills: Knowledge of Spanish employment and labor law is a strong plus.
  7. Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Spanish and English.
