Job Description

Arrow Electronics, Inc. is one of the leading global IT training providers offering a wide range of services to its customers. As a Technical Account Manager for IT Training Solutions, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while bringing in new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues to identify new opportunities and support certifications programs requirements.
  • Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts who determine design opportunities and deal with existing business challenges.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with the IT distribution industry and training programs.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans for assigned accounts and sell Arrow's full offerings.
