Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal colleagues to identify new opportunities and support certifications programs requirements.
- Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts who determine design opportunities and deal with existing business challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with the IT distribution industry and training programs.
- Ability to develop strategic plans for assigned accounts and sell Arrow's full offerings.
