Data Centre Key Accounts Manager

The Data Center is a critical area for Eaton's growth, balancing IT and facility aspects amidst digitization and AI-driven power needs. As a Key Account Manager, you will establish Eaton as a market leader in Spain by managing reputation and sales in complex projects.
This role involves:
- Identifying strategic projects and accounts, developing a strong sales pipeline, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and operational units.
- Building consultative relationships with high-level decision-makers, representing Eaton at industry events, and advocating for solutions in tenders.
- Oversseeing effective handovers, ensuring regular reporting, and utilizing commercial management tools.
To succeed, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma in Electricity or Engineering, or equivalent experience in the data center industry.
- 10+ years of related experience, demonstrating ability to inspire and coordinate others, with entrepreneurial spirit, customer affinity, and strong technical presence.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to take a leadership role in managing complex situations.
