We are looking for a talented National Accounts Manager to join our team in Spain. This role will be focused on Unilever Food Solutions (UFS), the foodservice unit of Unilever, operating in 76 countries with a turnover of about €3 Bn. The ambitious goal is to achieve €5 Bn by 2030.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have the responsibility of developing and executing the customer-focused regional business strategy and plan. Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing target results and adjusting strategies to meet objectives.
- Ensuring product availability and tracking key performance indicators.
- Delivering training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer engagement.
This role requires excellent social skills, strong analytical capabilities, and a high level of organizational and creative competence. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for sales, energy, and a clear results-oriented focus with proven leadership skills.
Requirements and QualificationsTo be considered for this role, you should have:
- Graduates in Business Administration (ADE), Economics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of previous experience managing accounts within the HORECA channel.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Experience with platforms such as UVE, Forcemanager, PowerBi.
A competitive salary of approximately €45,000 - €55,000 per year, depending on experience, is offered.
