Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive our growth as a leading player in the industry. As part of our outbound sales team, you will be responsible for reaching out to our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) accounts through various channels, including phone, email, and LinkedIn. Your key responsibilities will include sourcing targets, outbounding, and closing large deals.
About the Role:
This position offers an uncapped commission system, making it an ideal opportunity for sales superstars. You will be immersed in our proven onboarding and training program, which has enabled our existing AEs to succeed and make our company highly profitable. Our team is young, multinational, and driven by a passion for exceeding sales KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing targets and outbounding to ICP accounts
- Closing large deals through phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Building your own pipeline and operating independently within your chosen set of accounts
Requirements:
Professionalism in front of Enterprise clients, charisma, verbal eloquence, and a passion for exceeding sales KPIs are essential skills required for this role. Experience with sourcing targets, outbounding, and closing large deals is necessary. Our client communications are mostly done in English, working with multinational, corporate Marketing and Sales teams.
What We Offer:
We offer an attractive salary package of €70,000 - €100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
