The Role:

We're seeking a talented Sales Growth Specialist to join our French Sales Talent Pool. While this specific position is not currently open, we're building a pipeline of exceptional candidates who are passionate about sales and ready to make an impact when the right opportunity arises.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from sourcing new potential collaborations to managing key accounts and reporting on campaign performance.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with our partners in the FMCG industry.
  • Identify and qualify prospects and decision-makers in targeted companies to detect short-mid-long term opportunities.
  • Efficiently manage your sales pipeline through Pipedrive CRM.
  • Up-sell premium services by identifying challenges that our prospective customers face and discovering the best solutions for their business.
  • Provide market insights and social media advice to brands about their campaign performance.
  • Attend visits to food fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings throughout Europe.
  • Develop Degustabox's identity within the assigned market.
  • Work closely with the Operations team to create boxes that our B2C customers love.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A close to native level of French and a professional level of English.
  • 1-5 years of previous Sales experience, ranging from Business Development to Account Management or related.
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
  • A goal-oriented and enthusiastic attitude.
  • A strategic professional with an analytical mindset.
  • You're organized and work well in a team.
  • You enjoy presenting and can express yourself both face-to-face and through other mediums of communication.
  • You're passionate about the food industry.
  • You're eager to prove yourself and your entrepreneurial mindset in an exciting and challenging project.
  • You're looking to join a young, dynamic team within a relaxed yet motivated environment.

What We Could Offer:

Competitive salary: €45,000 - €60,000 per year (dependent on experience), plus benefits.

Flexibility in schedule - Short Fridays & Work-From-Home options up to 40%.

15 days of remote work days from countries within the EU to visit your family.

25 days of holiday a year, and an additional day for seniority after 3 years in the company (plus national Barcelona Holidays).
