Job Title: Digital Account Executive

Are you passionate about driving business growth and customer success in a digital-first environment?

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Account Executive to join our team at Microsoft. As a key member of our Small, Medium, Corporate (SMC) and Digital Sales organization, you will play a critical role in empowering our customers to realize their potential and achieve their business objectives through the unique value of the Microsoft cloud.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and customer engagement in the Austrian market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to identify and address business challenges and opportunities.
  • Orchestrate specialized resources to engage with customers and provide solutions-based and technology-based engagement to help customers address their challenges and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive integrated territory and budget achievement planning, and ensure quarterly business budget goals are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, Microsoft cloud offerings, and solutions to provide expert guidance and support to customers.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated sales and negotiation experience with year-over-year growth.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field, and sales and negotiation experience or related work experience with year-over-year growth.
  • Fluency in German language is a requirement.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional skills in strategic thinking, execution, excellent communication, purposeful planning, and disciplined operation.
  • Technical skills in complex sales training, presentation skills, marketing tactics, negotiation, and financial analysis.
  • Knowledge and sales experience of cloud offerings and solutions, line of Business applications, business process consulting or automation, CRM, Employee Performance Management systems and processes.
