About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Account Executive to join our team at Microsoft. As a Digital Account Executive, you will play a critical role in facilitating our customers' digital transformation journeys and helping them achieve their business objectives.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying and addressing customer needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, including CxO-level executives and business decision-makers
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to deliver customer-centric solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and customer engagement
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics
Requirements
  • Proven sales and negotiation experience, with a track record of year-over-year growth
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluency in Swedish language
