Job Title: Business Development Manager - Spain
Company Description: MioDottore is the leading CRM for the Healthcare sector, part of the international DocPlanner Group, the fastest growing healthtech SaaS unicorn in Europe and Latin America.
Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive our growth in Spain. This role is crucial for expanding our presence in the healthcare HIS/ERP sector through strategic market analysis, identifying new opportunities, and forging key partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies and plans to meet company growth objectives in Spain
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Analyze competitor strategies and industry developments to inform business strategies
- Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches tailored to healthcare HIS/ERP providers
- Negotiate integration improvements with third parties providers
- Negotiate and close product and commercial partnerships with healthcare providers
- Negotiate and close complex strategic deals with insurance and hospitals customers that align with the company's financial and strategic goals
- Work closely with sales and product development teams to ensure alignment in achieving business goals
- Lead strategic cross-area projects and assure goals are reached
- Give commercial support to partners in Latin America and participate in sales negotiations, when necessary
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in technical, quantitative or business fields, preferably with a master's degree or MBA
- 4 years of total work experience, with at least 2 years in business development management for B2B (Desirable experience in hospital software information, ERP, CRM, Cloud Solutions or other)
- Insurance and hospitals market knowledge
- Business knowledge of SaaS product integrations and APIs
- Preferably had previous experience in consulting, partnerships management or project management
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Results-oriented overachiever and a keen negotiator
- Can build rapport with high-level decision-makers in an organization
- Speak English and Spanish fluently
Selection Process:
- 60-minute interview with a member of the HR team
- 60-minute interview with the Team Leader
- Business Case to be completed in one week
- 45-minute presentation of the Business Case, with Team leader and Global Managing Director
