Our team is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive growth in Spain by developing business development strategies and plans to meet company objectives.

Job Description
  • Develop and implement business development strategies and plans to meet company growth objectives in Spain.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Analyze competitor strategies and industry developments to inform business strategies.
  • Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches tailored to healthcare HIS/ERP providers.
  • Negotiate integration improvements with third-party providers.
  • Negotiate and close product and commercial partnerships with healthcare providers.
  • Negotiate and close complex strategic deals with insurance and hospitals customers that align with the company's financial and strategic goals.
  • Work closely with sales and product development teams to ensure alignment in achieving business goals.
  • Lead strategic cross-area projects and ensure goals are reached.

About You

If you have an undergraduate degree in technical, quantitative or business fields, preferably with a master's degree or MBA, and at least 4 years of work experience, with at least 2 years in business development management for B2B, this role might be suitable for you.

Your background should include:

  • Business knowledge of SaaS product integrations and APIs.
  • Insurance and hospitals market knowledge.
  • Desirable experience in hospital software information, ERP, CRM, Cloud Solutions or other.

You will also benefit from having strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, being a results-oriented overachiever, and a keen negotiator.

We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, based on your experience and qualifications, plus additional benefits including private medical insurance, unlimited access to the Ifeel emotional well-being tool, free birthday celebrations, hybrid/remote working model, access to hundreds of gyms for a symbolic fee, and a stock option plan after 6 months working with us.
