The AWWG Finance Team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Strategist to join our ranks.

As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cost-effective strategies to maximize profitability and mitigate risks.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Building Financial Business Plans to analyze new business opportunities in conjunction with Group Commercial Management.
  • Preparation of Monthly Financial Reporting to both Executive Committee and Shareholders.
  • Performing monthly review on Sales & Margins including variances in COGS vs standard, Returns & Markdown Contributions etc.
  • Cooperating in performance improvement projects linked to FP&A department.
  • Contributing in annual Budget preparation together with the teams involved.

Requirements

What do we expect from you?

  • Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry standards.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
  • Capability to adapt to changing business environments.
  • High level of English.
  • High level of Excel.
  • 3-5 years of previous experience in a similar role.
