Key Responsibilities:- Design and improve our accounting and financial processes and tools
- Manage financial records, lead bookkeeping, and prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements
- Prepare annual reports under Spanish GAAP and IFRS
- Manage and improve internal and external financial reporting
- Account for inventory management, Capex, and transfer price policies
- Optimize tax processes, including compliance with local and international tax regulations
- Drive system automation and procedures within accounting and finance to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Lead complex accounting matters with an impact on our financial performance
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting in a multinational environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Economic and Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
- Experience with Financial Close and exposure to Auditors
- Experience with tax, especially accounting and financial reporting implications
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, accounting software, SAP, databases, and ERP
- Good knowledge of Spanish GAAP and IFRS
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and Spanish (oral/written)
