Pharmaceutical Project Manager with Business Development Expertise

Siegfried is seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Project Manager to join our team in El Masnou, Spain.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled project manager with expertise in business development to lead our projects in the field of Custom Development and Manufacturing Organizations (CDMOs). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from early-stage research and development to commercial production, working closely with our clients to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate projects, define project scope, and develop project plans in collaboration with the project team, client, and Business Development Manager;
- Develop and implement risk assessment and mitigation strategies, including resource allocation and cost estimation;
- Lead cross-functional teams, including the Business Development Manager, to develop and implement business plans and strategies;
- Provide support to the Business Development Manager in establishing business relationships and securing new contracts;
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets;
- Coordinate and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials;
- Ensure compliance with cGMP regulations and industry standards;
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including project status updates and financial reports;
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance department to ensure adherence to quality standards;
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects, including delays, cost overruns, and quality issues;
- Communicate project progress and results to stakeholders, including the project steering committee, clients, and senior management;
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field;
- At least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in project management or business development;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and senior management;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with projects;
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
- Familiarity with cGMP regulations and industry standards;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision;
