About the Role: We are seeking a results-oriented Head of Business Development & Sales to lead client acquisition and growth efforts for a dynamic and fast-growing crypto processing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities within fintech and crypto sectors.
- Sales Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development and sales strategy aligned with company goals.
- Sales Execution: Design effective sales plans targeting high-risk markets, lead and manage sales initiatives to drive client acquisition and retention.
- Client Engagement: Nurture and manage client relationships, secure long-term partnerships through negotiation and deal closure.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align business development strategies with overall company objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years in fintech or crypto-related sales, preferably in high-risk markets.
- Strong understanding of commercial and operational aspects of fintech business.
- Proven track record in strategic sales planning, client acquisition, and deal closure.
- Excellent negotiation skills with ability to manage complex transactions.
- Proficiency in both English and Russian to support diverse client interactions.
