Salary

€19,000 gross/year + up to €2,000 gross/year in bonus (39 hours/week permanent contract)



Job Description



We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Barcelona. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will take incoming customer contacts (via telephone, email, chat or automated alerts) and solve users' demands. You will log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA. You will also maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers.



Required Skills and Qualifications



To be successful in this role, you should have:




  • A proficient or bilingual level of Italian, and advanced level of English
  • Good disposition to work in a customer service environment
  • Customer care skills – ability to listen to and understand the customers' need
  • The ability to take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or to escalate call to resolution
