As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting Amazon sellers in their journey to grow their businesses and sell across Europe.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Demonstrate effective, clear, and professional written and oral communication to provide prompt and efficient service to Amazon sellers, including the appropriate escalation of sellers' issues.
- Maintain High-Quality Performance Metrics: Maintain acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.
- Act as a Compliance Expert: Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills to identify trends and provide improvement suggestions to ensure friction-free selling on Amazon platforms.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Liaise with other departments such as Customer Service, Merchant Investigations, or Payments teams as required to resolve sellers' issues and questions.
You will join a multi-cultural team located in Barcelona, representing over 25 nationalities and 51% female talent. Our core values are innovation, inclusion, and building others. We work hard but also prioritize having fun.
Requirements- Language Skills: Proficiency (C1 level) in English and German.
- Previous Experience: Previous working experience within a customer service/contact center environment.
- Computer Skills: Computers & Internet skills, specifically in MS Office Excel.
- Preferred Qualifications: Other EU languages such as Italian, French, or Spanish would be an advantage. Business acumen in areas of Global e-commerce and retail, good data analysis skills, effective communication, composure, and professional attitude, process improvement awareness and experience, strong prioritization and time management skills, and ability to embrace constant change with flexibility and good attitude.
