Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Experience Ambassador to join our remote team. This role involves ensuring seamless and exceptional client experiences from start to finish, building strong relationships with clients, and coordinating all aspects of their adventure experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and personalized responses to inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Collaborate with our adventure planning team to create customized itineraries for clients, taking into account their preferences and needs.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the client's adventure experience, including transportation, accommodation, activities, and meals.
  • Communicate with local partners and suppliers to ensure smooth and high-quality service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documents.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Provide support to clients during their adventure, including troubleshooting and problem-solving as needed.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve and enhance the client experience, and share feedback with the team.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Experience in hospitality, tourism, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role (not required).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a remote team environment.
  • Possession of Microsoft Office and other relevant software proficiency.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if needed.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
