Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned sales leader to join our Customer Success Group as a Professional Services (PS) Sales Leader for the Iberia region. Based in Spain, this individual will lead a team of PS sellers, driving bookings and revenue growth through strategic problem-solving and outstanding commercial skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop teams of Account Partners and Business Managers to build long-lasting customer relationships and deliver business value.
  • Engage with C-level client executives and focus on consultative selling opportunities.
  • Build positive relationships with internal peers across Sales, Product, Alliances & Channels, Marketing, and Operations to ensure client needs are met.
  • Meet or exceed annual growth targets for services bookings and revenue.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A proven track record of sales leadership experience, with a strong focus on commercial skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive growth.
  • Strong knowledge of the sales process, with the ability to manage pipelines and forecast revenue.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous time off.
