Are you a results-driven sales professional with a technical background and passion for driving business growth? We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to join our team as Segment Manager for Surface Treatment in Spain and Portugal.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled sales leader who can develop strategic sales accounts, drive commercial targets, and expand our presence in the Surface Treatment segment across the Iberia region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • BUILDING RELATIONS WITH CUSTOMERS

    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and preferences.

  • DRIVING EFFICIENCY

    • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve commercial targets, increase revenue from existing accounts, and identify new business opportunities.

  • DEVELOPING SALES CHANNELS

    • Create and implement strategies to grow AAF's indirect and direct sales channels through strategic initiatives, performance criteria, and targets.

  • ADVISOR IN TECHNICAL MATTERS

    • Expand AAF's relationship with the market by selling air filtration solutions, advising customers on technical matters, and helping to find the most appropriate solution.

  • ACCELERATED TIME-TO-MARKET

    • Partner with cross-functional teams to enlarge sales footprint and market awareness.

  • PRODUCT CHAMPION

    • Act as an advocate for assigned products, ensuring clear messaging and building awareness internally and externally.

Your Ideal Profile:

  • 3 to 5 years of sales experience in technical sales for products requiring a deep understanding and explanation.

  • A background in mechanical engineering or a similar business degree.

  • A successful track record in high-value product selling, pricing, negotiations, and account management, consistently delivering on expectations for growth and profitability.

  • Experience in Surface Treatment filtration, Painting, and/or Automotive sales/applications is an added value.

  • The ability to manage and service accounts over a broad geographical sales area.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.

  • Experience working with MS Office tools and Salesforce.
