Business Development Manager for Surface Treatment in Iberia

About the Role:
In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic sales accounts and clients in the Surface Treatment segment for the whole Iberia area. The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years of experience in technical sales with a deep understanding of products that require explanation. A background in mechanical engineering or a similar business degree is required. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in high-value product selling, pricing, negotiations, and account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
- Build relations with customers and take into account their demands and wishes
- Develop sales channels through strategic growth initiatives, performance criteria, and targets
- Act as an advisor on technical matters and expand AAF's relationship with the market
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enlarge sales footprint and market awareness
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in technical sales
- Background in mechanical engineering or a similar business degree
- Strong technical and business acumen
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
