- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
- Operational Excellence: Drive operational excellence across the sales team, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality customer interactions.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth and expansion.
Requirements:
- Language: Native or proficient in French.
- Experience: 3+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience, with a proven track record of successfully leading teams.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach sales team members to achieve sales targets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Technical Skills: Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite applications and experience using a CRM tool.
