Rent-All is a leading company in the European market for renting lighting, sound, video, and rigging equipment for the entertainment industry.

We are part of a business group with an international presence in sectors such as television and film, theatre and performing arts, concerts and festivals, as well as fairs and exhibitions.

Our head office is located in Bemmel (Netherlands), and we have operational offices in Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, and Spain.

We are looking for a Sales Team Leader to join our sales team in Barcelona (Spain).

About the Job

As a Sales Team Leader, you will be part of our inside sales team, generating sales with our clients in Spain.

You will manage the day-to-day running and motivation of the sales team, building and promoting healthy, long-lasting customer relations with existing and new customers.

Other tasks will include identifying new business opportunities and market trends in terms of new products, competitor movements, potential clients, and more.

You will advise our clients on a technical and commercial level while building and maintaining a long-term relationship with them.

Order intake and informing them about our products and availability will be part of your day-to-day work.

This also includes commercially tracking budgets and contracts.

What we are looking for

A qualified professional with proven experience in the audiovisual market, preferably with 5+ years' experience.

Experience in technical productions for the event industry is a plus.

Extensive technical knowledge of lighting and rigging equipment for the entertainment industry is a must (and some basics for sound and video).

Proven experience with sales and team management (at least 2 years).

A team player with a commercial vision, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective in communication.

High proficiency in Spanish and intermediate proficiency in English (proficient in written communication).

Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
