Revolut Ltd is seeking a skilled New Business Account Executive to join its sales team. This role involves identifying opportunities, conducting outreach, and driving deals through the funnel, owning closing and end-to-end activation.

Your Role
You will be responsible for outreaching prospects across multiple touch points and channels, emphasizing cold-calling. You will develop and execute a robust lead-sourcing strategy by identifying key verticals, diversifying your prospects base, and maintaining consistent activity levels. Additionally, you will build and manage your own pipeline, from prospecting to closing and account management, maximizing adoption and upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Your strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex ideas will ensure a smooth experience for customers. You will work autonomously, balancing your time effectively, activating internal resources, and engaging your team. A solution-based selling approach will enable you to understand customer needs and communicate the value proposition. To become successful in this role, you must possess fluency in English and Greek, along with a minimum of one year's commercial experience in outbound sales and prospecting. Excellent communication skills, articulation over the phone, and determination are essential to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
