About the Role
Our New Business Sales team drives customer acquisition and engagement across the globe. Account Executives are experienced sales professionals who own their market segments with a solution-oriented approach, using their expertise to grow our customer base rapidly. We're seeking an elite salesperson to provide exceptional customer experiences, identify opportunities, conduct outreach, and drive deals through the funnel.
Responsibilities
- Outreach prospects across multiple touchpoints and channels, focusing on cold-calling
- Develop a robust lead-sourcing strategy by identifying key verticals, diversifying your prospect base, and maintaining consistent activity levels
- Build and manage your pipeline from prospecting to closing and account management, maximizing adoption and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Liaise with Revolut internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth experience from onboarding to daily usage
- Become autonomous in balancing time (prospect vs. close vs. upsell), activate internal resources, and engage your team
Requirements
- Fluency in English and German
- 1+ year of commercial experience in outbound sales and prospecting
- Excellent communication skills and articulation over the phone
- A keen interest in launching a career in high-performing sales culture
- Proven determination and accountability to succeed in fast-paced environments
