As an Inbound BDR Manager at Oyster, you will play a pivotal role in driving our global employment platform's success. This exciting opportunity combines strategic leadership with hands-on experience in developing and executing high-performing teams.
About the Role:
- Lead a fully distributed remote team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to achieve outstanding results in pipeline generation and customer acquisition.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations, to ensure seamless alignment and optimize business outcomes.
- Develop and execute a data-driven strategy to enhance the inbound customer journey, improve lead qualification processes, and drive revenue growth.
- Coach and mentor your team members to excel in their roles, focusing on skills development, performance enhancement, and career growth.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Business Development experience, with 2+ years of manager-level experience leading Inbound Teams.
- A proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding pipeline generation objectives.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce, including experience building and reading reports.
- Experience working with teams selling to SMB and Mid-Market segments.
- Knowledge of SaaS products and their sales strategies.
What We Offer:
