The Nordic Sales Territory Executive is tasked with identifying and securing new business opportunities from both current and prospective clients within a designated sales region. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting revenue targets by developing and managing a robust pipeline of sales prospects. This will involve following up on qualified leads generated by the Sales Development team, as well as proactively reaching out to targeted prospects and customer lists. The Nordic Sales Territory Executive will strategically identify and qualify opportunities within their assigned area. This role requires close collaboration with Sales Development representatives, field-based Territory Sales Executives, and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and prioritize high-potential target accounts within the assigned territory Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives to ensure timely follow-up on sales leads Generate and close new business opportunities to enhance the sales pipeline within the designated territory Quickly recognize decision-makers and influencers along with their respective business needs, timelines, and budgets Ensure that the needs of prospects and customers are understood and addressed by demonstrating how Autodesk solutions can enhance their operations Utilize phone, email, and web-based communication as primary methods for customer engagement Conduct in-person sales meetings with decision-makers to finalize significant deals Leverage field-based Territory Sales Executives as necessary Build and maintain relationships with channel partners to enhance overall territory performance and exceed customer expectations Assemble the appropriate team for each opportunity, coordinating Autodesk personnel including presales, consultants, and services to deliver value to clients Provide accurate and timely sales forecasting and updates to sales management Consistently achieve or surpass monthly sales targets and quotasMinimum Qualifications
Professional demeanor with strong organizational, planning, communication, and problem-solving abilities Excellent presentation skills for virtual demonstrations Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent sales cycles Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with remote team members Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Commitment to continuous improvement of sales skills through on-the-job coaching and self-directed learning Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Proficiency in English and any Nordic language About Autodesk
