Position Overview

The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for driving business growth within a defined sales territory in the Nordics. This role involves managing a pipeline of sales opportunities, building relationships with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize and manage a portfolio of sales opportunities within the assigned territory
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities to provide value
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales Development Representatives and Territory Sales Executives, to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform sales decisions and optimize sales performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in a similar industry or territory
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand client needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluency in English and any Nordic language
