Strategic Territory Sales Representative Nordics

**Role Overview**
The Strategic Territory Sales Representative is responsible for driving growth and expansion within key strategic territory accounts in the Nordics region.
This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including customer success specialists, partners, technical sales, and marketing, to develop and execute account plans that meet our financial goals.
**Responsibilities**
- Generate new and expansion business within a defined list of strategic territory accounts that focuses on delivering solid value for customers and Autodesk in the long term.
- Collaborate with channel partners, technical sales, and customer success teams to develop and execute account plans for high-priority accounts.
- Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers within the account, translating customer challenges and opportunities into unique business value.
- Negotiate deals and contracts at various levels within the targeted account with or on behalf of channel partners.
- Deliver accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts of business performance.
**Requirements**
- Familiarity with sales processes and certain selling methodologies, such as TAS, Value Selling, and Solution Selling.
- Fluent in English and a Nordic language, preferably Swedish or Danish.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent sales cycles.
- Drive to continually improve sales skills through on-the-job coaching, self-learning, and Autodesk's sales career progression framework.
