Job Summary

The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth within a defined sales territory in the Nordics region. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing and developing a pipeline of sales leads, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize and manage a portfolio of sales leads to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the Nordics region
  • Utilize a range of sales techniques, including phone, email, and in-person meetings, to engage with customers and close deals
  • Work closely with Sales Development Representatives to ensure smooth and timely follow-up on sales leads
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Presales, Consultants, and Services, to drive value into the client base
  • Provide accurate and timely billings forecasting and updates to sales managers
Requirements
  • Polished professionalism with above-average organizational, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong presentation skills for online presentations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent sales cycles
  • Proven ability to collaborate with virtual team members
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Drive to continually improve sales skills through on-the-job coaching, self-learning, and as defined by Autodesk sales career progression framework
