Driving Business Growth in Europe with Amex

You lead the way to success with American Express, a global leader in financial services. As part of our EMEA Merchant Acquisition Sales organization, you will play a key role in growing our acceptance network across Europe.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and close inbound sales opportunities to set up merchants on the MCCY platform
- End-to-end ownership of leads from initial contact to sale closure and account setup
- Collaborate with GCG Premium Servicing teams to support global accounts setup in Eastern and Southern Europe, Ireland, and other markets
- Work with Aggregation to set up accounts for merchants moving from aggregation to direct acceptance via Payment Designation across Europe
Key Qualifications:
- High-level English written and spoken skills, with a plus for other European languages
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with previous sales experience a bonus
- Process focus, adaptability, driven by objectives, ambitious, and communicative
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) and Salesforce a plus
A Competitive Package:
We offer a competitive base salary of approximately €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. You will also enjoy benefits such as bonus incentives, support for financial well-being and retirement, comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability benefits, flexible working arrangements, paid parental leave policies, free access to wellness centers, and confidential counseling support through our Healthy Minds program.
