Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and pipeline generation in support of the company's revenue goals. This role will involve managing all aspects of territory throughout Europe, executing the company's strategy, and developing plans focused on pipeline generation, marketing, and enablement.

Key Skills and Qualifications
Proven track record of direct or virtual people management, strong sales and management experience, and knowledge of Grid Automation or comparable market space. Additionally, the ability to visualize technical requirements and synthesize them into proposed solutions that clients will find compelling is essential. You should also possess excellent English language skills and have a proven track record of managing an international team.

About the Role
This is a lead role that requires strong leadership and strategic thinking skills. You will work closely with the European region Marketing organization to drive profitable business and pipeline growth with EPCs within Europe in support of the European regional sales teams. You will also develop and implement a strategy to partner with selected EPCs to reach the target of a strategic alignment for common project development.
