Job Title: Brand Development & Sales Support Specialist

Foreo France is seeking a skilled Brand Development & Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth in retail and ensuring the successful implementation of our brand strategy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in retail, in collaboration with the ECI BDS team.
  • Provide training to our BAs and ECI's staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and brand guidelines.
  • Supervise and support sales teams in the field, ensuring the effective implementation of our brand strategy and sales targets.
  • Manage customer events, including cabinas, masterclasses, and other events, to drive adoption of our techno beauty category.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and provide insights to inform our sales strategy.

Requirements:

  • Minimum High School degree.
  • Trainer certification is a plus.
  • English is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales.
  • Excellent organizational skills & communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player with a passion for fostering a positive work environment.
