The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Category Manager to join our Marketplace team in Spain and Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of Consumables categories across the region, working closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize, inform, and analyze initiatives. Your expertise in data analysis, project management, and stakeholder coordination will be essential in achieving this goal.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of Category Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer experience in Consumables across Spain and Europe.
  • Project Management: Lead multiple projects simultaneously to enhance Customer and Seller Experience across Consumables in Europe, tracking results and communicating impact to leadership.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with Selling Partner recruitment teams to identify strategic accounts and optimize customer experience for the category.


About You
To succeed in this role, you will require:
  • A university degree in an analytical field (engineering, statistics, economics, business administration, etc.)
  • 5+ years of experience in Consulting, Product Management, Finance, Statistics, Analytics, or Business Intelligence roles with extensive quantitative analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish

Salary Estimate
This position is expected to offer a salary in the range of $120,000-$180,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Please note that this is an estimate based on industry standards and may vary.
