Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our team. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities and closing deals.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including identifying and qualifying prospects, scheduling and conducting customer meetings, negotiating business proposals, and closing new opportunities.
  • Source and qualify leads through cold calling, cold emailing, and social networks to identify potential clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to drive business growth.
  • Develop a growth mindset by continuously learning and understanding our product, internal processes, and industry.
  • Work as a team player to provide ideas, feedback, and support to direct peers.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in outbound sales with a strong attention to detail in managing sales pipeline and forecasting.
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably with SaaS platforms.
  • Passion for driving business growth by identifying and closing new opportunities.
  • Ability to generate leads from the ground up and build strong relationships with prospects and clients.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivation and a clear sense of urgency.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
