Sales Territory Manager

About the Role:
Norit Activated Carbon is a leading global supplier of activated carbon solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to manage sales in the South of Spain territory and drive the sales of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales territory and sell Norit products to generate target levels of revenue, volume, and margins.
- Develop volume and revenue forecasts, sales plans, and strategies for achieving desired results.
- Drive both current and future value for Norit by building a shared understanding of individual customer and overall portfolio profitability.
- Educate customers on new products and product enhancements, articulating and presenting product features and benefits.
- Identify new market opportunities and target builds; seek out competitive information.
- Establish and maintain processes that ensure accurate budget and forecast information for the business.
- Lead Norit's efforts to establish levels of excellence in sales and distributor management and customer service.
- Provide leadership that assists management in setting strategic initiatives and programs to achieve corporate strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a field of science.
- Previous experience with activated carbon, filtration and purification technologies, food additives, or water treatment or working for a distributor is preferred.
- Five or more years of experience in sales.
- Fluent Spanish and English language skills.
- Skill in establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
