We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Seville. This role involves managing multiple boutiques and wholesale customers across the region, with a focus on driving sales revenue and building high-performing teams.

The successful candidate will have extensive retail experience, particularly in managing multiple stores within a leading fashion brand. They will be a sales and service-focused champion who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire, and develop Store Managers and teams to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
- Adapt leadership styles to accommodate varying experience levels across people management, selling, stock, and visual merchandising
- Promote an inclusive culture aligned with Pandora's Brand Values
- Develop and invest in talent to create a robust internal talent pipeline and succession plan

Performance and Standards:
- Drive sales performance to achieve sales targets and store KPIs for the nominated territory
- Coach and lead Store Managers and teams to maximise sales & profitability and deliver high standards of operational execution
- Lead and deliver 'best-in-class' customer experience, brand initiatives, and operational standards across all stores

Partnerships, Training, and Communication:
- Partner closely with HR, Retail Ops, Training, and Merchandising to maximise potential in people, product, and sales
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with store teams
- Facilitate face-to-face training/workshops for store teams

Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
