Senior Sales Territory Manager for Iberia Oral Care Professionals

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Sales Territory Manager to join our team in Palmas de Gran Canarias, responsible for driving the usage and recommendation of our oral care products among dental health professionals in their area. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in shaping the overall strategy for Iberia and delivering oral health care solutions to dental professionals using our brands and services.

About the Role

You will report directly to the Unit Sales Manager and be responsible for managing a small warehouse with high-value materials used during visits to your area of influence, following all company standards of stewardship and compliance. You will also attend dental congresses, trade fairs, and scientific exchanges to build relationships with dental professionals and promote our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive usage and recommendation of our oral care products among dental health professionals in your area
  • Manage a small warehouse with high-value materials used during visits to your area of influence

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in pharma sales or a similar position
  • Strong academic results and a bachelor's or master's degree from any discipline
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, active listening, written) with the ability to influence strategy
  • Solution-oriented and able to build collaborative relationships
  • Able to travel 50% of the time
  • Fluent level of English
