Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Strategic Sales Leader to lead our International Consulting Services Sales organization and Project Management Office (PMO) in EMEA and APAC. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a holistic approach to the client consulting relationship, including sales, implementation strategy, and integration with Oracle Health across the regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and revenue in the International Consulting Services Sales organization.
Lead the development of short, medium, and long-term plans to achieve strategic objectives and ensure alignment with Oracle Health's mission and vision.
Collaborate with senior management and executives across functional areas to ensure unit objectives are met and influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations.
Manage and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching, performance management, and career development opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales growth and revenue.

Requirements:

7-10 years of direct sales experience with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate a team of sales professionals.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade others.
Industry experience and knowledge of Oracle products and services preferred.
Ability to travel regionally and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
