Business Growth Specialist for German Market

We are working in collaboration with a leading entertainment industry company, seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with German language skills to join their Barcelona office team.
Estimated Salary€65,000 - €90,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Responsibilities- Cold call potential independent retailers to introduce business partnership value and showcase the benefits of collaborating.
- Presentation and demonstration of partnership advantages, highlighting client offer benefits.
- Identify key decision-makers and establish strong relationships by understanding client needs and tailoring solutions to match their business goals.
- Manage sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring seamless customer experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of retail market trends and competition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support new partners and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Regularly track and report sales metrics, including performance analysis and forecasts.
- Fluency in German and a good level of English.
- Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within B2B setting.
- Charismatic communication skills with ability to capture attention and engage in meaningful conversations.
- Natural salesperson with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven and motivated by achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Resilient with ability to handle rejection and maintain focus on bigger picture.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads and accounts simultaneously.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tools to manage client relationships effectively.
- Will to work full-time in Barcelona.
