About the Job

\

We are seeking an Electronics Market Growth Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for determining, developing, scaling, and leading the implementation of successful solution programs that accelerate market, sales, and profit growth within associated markets or business segments.

\

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Determine and develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for assigned market/business segments.\
  • Conduct business strategy activities, including total available market, market share, segmentation, competitive analysis, emerging trends, SWOT, and product positioning.\
  • Collaborate with the Business Unit on product road mapping, new product development, and product management activities to support the assigned market.\
  • Work with suppliers, product management, and other product and engineering resources to clarify product and service needs, requirements, and priorities.\
  • Create and execute comprehensive products and service offers.\
  • Evaluate, recommend, and manage supplier and channel programs within the assigned market.\
  • Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns, tools, and training programs aimed at driving increased market share and visibility for internal and external stakeholders.\
  • Lead market or segment-based Voice of Customer activities to capture product reception and validate new marketing opportunities.\
  • Build and manage influential relationships with key suppliers.\
  • Maintain regular communication with Arrow and supplier sales personnel, making joint calls as strategically and tactically appropriate.\
  • Participate in supplier web training for new products, releases, and promotions, identifying market/customer penetration strategies with suitable products.\
  • Drive project/ team leadership, collaboration skills, and performance measurement tool understanding to achieve business objectives.\
  • Effectively engage executive-level stakeholders.\
  • Benchmark competitors financially (ROI, pricing, scenario analysis).\
  • Analyzing customer data for market insights.\
  • Regularly review and update knowledge on technical developments and competitor activity within your field of expertise.\\/ul>\\

What We Are Looking For

\

Successful candidates will have experience in electronics industry or manufacturing in similar positions in Sales, Engineering, Marketing, or Product Management. They must also possess:

  • Experience in IP&E technologies.\
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\
  • Fully qualified English language skills, both written and spoken.\
  • A valid full driving license and readiness for business travel.\\/ul>\\

Salary

\

Our estimated salary range for this role is €60,000 - €90,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
