Job Summary
We are seeking an Electronics Business Development Specialist - IP&E to join our team at Arrow Electronics, Inc. This role will involve developing and executing comprehensive solution programs to accelerate market, sales, and profit growth within the associated markets or business segments.

Your Responsibilities
- Determine, develop, scale, and lead the implementation of successful solution programs that accelerate market, sales, and profit growth within the associated markets or business segments.
- Specialize in key market segments and technologies of the business, as assigned within the dedicated Vertical.
- Own the go-to-market strategy plan for the assigned market/business segment.
- Conduct business strategy activities to include total available market, market share, segmentation, competitive analysis, emerging trends, SWOT, and product positioning.
- Collaborate with the BU on product road mapping, new product development, and product management activities to support the assigned market.
- Work with supplier, product management, and other product and engineering resources to clarify product and service needs, requirements, and priorities.
- Create, gain approvals for, and execute (upon approval) comprehensive products and service offers.
- Contribute to the development of communication programs and materials for use in business development.
- Evaluate, recommend, and manage supplier and channel programs within the assigned market.
- Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns, tools, and training programs aimed to drive increased market share and visibility for internal, and external stakeholders.
- Lead market or segment-based Voice of Customer activities to capture product reception and validate new marketing opportunities.
- Build and manage influential relationships with key suppliers.
What You Will Need
The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the electronics industry and its key players.
Compensation
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
