About the Job
We are seeking a driven and ambitious sales professional to join our dynamic team in Germany. As a Business Development Manager – German Market, you will play a key role in expanding our brand's presence in the region.
Our company is a leading provider of innovative solutions for contractors, plant specialists, and independent garden centers and nurseries worldwide. We offer a unique range of products distinguished by their sophisticated design and lasting innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Sales and Growth: Engage with existing customers and leads to drive sales in both brick-and-mortar and e-commerce settings.
  • Lead Generation: Prospect and develop new leads by attending trade shows, participating in trade associations, and collaborating with the marketing team.
  • Relationship Management: Expand relationships with current accounts and leads.
  • Performance Metrics: Set and regularly evaluate KPIs and sales targets to measure growth and performance.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative individual with:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, ideally within the garden, landscape, or design industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of the German market and a deep understanding of local business practices and culture.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
