**Company Overview:**
Amadeus, a leading company in the IT industry, is seeking an experienced Digital Sales Growth Specialist to join our Inside Sales team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving sustainable and profitable growth through digital sales and automating sales processes and methodologies for the region.
**Estimated Salary:** $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
**Job Description:
The main purpose of this role is to identify and capture new business opportunities within the DACH territory. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. **Analyzing local market specifics**: Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
2. **Validating leads**: Evaluate lead quality, validate customer information, and convert leads into opportunities using virtual selling tools and digital communication channels.
3. **Promoting and selling products**: Engage with customers, promote and sell products, services, and solutions through direct contacts, virtual events, and webinars, ensuring timely and effective communication of product value and benefits.
4. **Delivering engaging business presentations**: Use virtual selling tools to deliver interactive and informative presentations that showcase product features and address customer concerns, guiding customers through the implementation/onboarding process.
5. **Managing the sales pipeline**: Monitor and manage the sales pipeline velocity, reporting weekly or bi-weekly to the Inside Sales Head on campaign progress and providing insights and market intelligence.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you should have:
1. 1-3 years of sales experience in an IT environment, utilizing digital tools, data analysis, sales processes, and working with KPIs.
2. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic plans.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders.
4. Proficiency in CRM software and other digital tools used in sales and marketing activities.
5. Fluency in German (C1 level) and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
