Business Development Manager for Healthcare Solutions

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager for Healthcare Solutions to join our team at Philips Iberica Sau. In this role, you will be responsible for building business plans that support customer needs and drive sales efforts for our product portfolio.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop long-term relationships with key influencers in the healthcare sector
- Leverage Philips business tools to understand customer needs and design tailored solutions
- Create pricing strategies to support customers' needs and drive sales growth
- Drive customer satisfaction through delivery, installation, and post-installation
- Maximize the customer experience by presenting a coordinated and efficient approach
**Requirements:**
- In-depth knowledge of clinical units such as Labor and Delivery, Neonatal and Pediatric ICU, Medical/Surgical, Critical Care Unit, Telemetry, Operating Room, and Emergency Department
- Ability to consult on the clinical implications of Philips HPM offerings and approach problem-solving with a clinical perspective
- Expertise in managing clinical issues, collecting and analyzing data, and interfacing with marketing and customer support to address and escalate concerns
- Proficient in teaching, troubleshooting, and ensuring the proper use of medical PCMS products
**What We Offer:**
- A competitive salary of approximately **€60,000 - €80,000 per year**, depending on experience
