Pricing Strategy Role Overview

This position will be responsible for creating and implementing pricing and incentive strategies for accommodation across all regions, working closely with Sales Directors and the Chief Commercial Officer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pricing and commercial leadership, with experience in managing teams and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead teams to provide pricing expertise and analysis to inform pricing decisions across all Accommodation products, clients, and distribution regions.
Develop and project-lead research, analysis, and reporting that facilitates assessments of pricing performance and identifies improvement opportunities.
Coordinate with other teams as a consumer of market trends, competitive intelligence, and sales performance data.
Assess and recommend opportunities for testing new pricing tactics; support Sales team education and roll-out, monitor performance, and advise when proven improvements should be implemented more broadly.
Implement recommended pricing strategies, managing all aspects of change management across the business and our clients.

Requirements:

High-quality written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to interpret data rapidly and make decisions.
Strong effective people management skills.
Exceptional presentation skills.
Ability to communicate to all levels of the company.
Must be comfortable taking a hands-on approach when needed.
Minimum 10 years leading a pricing/commercial team in a high-paced industry.
Preferred ex-Consultancy professional.
