About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Management Director to join our team at W Hotels. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue strategies to maximize revenue and profit associated with guest rooms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and report revenue management data to identify trends, future needs, and obstacles to achieving goals.
  • Develop and recommend sales strategies for pricing of transient, wholesale, and group segments.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and effectively communicate sales strategies and pricing to key stakeholders.
  • Maintain productive relationships with stakeholders, including hotel General Managers, sales leaders, franchisees, and owners.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A 2-year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major.
  • 1 year of experience in revenue management, sales, and marketing, or a related professional area.
